Mental Health First Aid

1-Day Course

The 1-day course can be delivered online or face to face. 

 

The course provides the following:

  • Knowledge and confidence to provide Mental Health First Aid for the most common mental health issues

  • Understanding of how to help build a mentally healthy workplace, challenge stigma and support positive wellbeing

  • A quick reference card for the Mental Health First Aid action plan

  • Individual delegate - £200

  • Groups or multiple sessions – Costs can be discussed

2-Day Course

The 2-day course can be delivered online or face to face. 

The online course can be tailored over 2 consecutive days or split 2 separate days. 

It is recommended these days are no longer than a week apart. 

Face to face courses run over 2 consecutive days.

 

The course will equip Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders®) with:​

  • The knowledge and skills to spot signs of a person experiencing poor mental health

  • The confidence to be able to support themselves and others

  • The support to feel empowered and motivated to carry out their role

 

All learners will have the benefit of joining England’s largest community of trained MHFAiders®, through the dedicated MHFAider Support App®, providing exclusive resources and ongoing learning - 24/7

Consultancy

Providing consultancy services to organisations in order to recognise effective opportunities to imbed mental health and wellbeing.

  • £500 per half day (up to 4 hours)
