If you feel like harming or hurting yourself or other people, call 999 or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E)
If you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency, NHS 111 is the free number to call. They can direct you to your local crisis support services, and offer health advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

ACAS
The Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law, including those concerning mental health. ACAS supports good relationships between employers and employees, but also provides conciliation services to resolve workplace problems.

Mind Infoline
Mind Infoline gives confidential support and information on lots of mental health related issues including where to get help, drug treatments, alternative therapies and advocacy. Mind also has a network of nearly 200 local Mind associations providing local services.
